Keanan’s kitchen – green salad & zaatar

 

 

I love making things to eat with my little green chef. Here he is today making us green salad a la Keanan. He was on a salad drive for days – having this very dish for breakfast and dinner. He now knows how to remove lemon pips straight from the lemon (use a fork), and that the little seeds in the zaatar are not zaatar pips – but sesame ?

Ingredients:
Organic cucumber – local UAE grown
Lemon
Extra virgin olive oil – Palestine
Pink Himalayan salt crystals

Extra:
One green dragon chef
