Accor and its core

Sebastien Bazin & Nima Abu Wardeh at the launch of Riise – AccorHotels

I was fortunate to be involved with AccorHotels’ launch of its Riise initiative. It’s about embracing diversity – with a specific focus on women in the workplace.

Click on my image below to listen to my takeaways. What do you believe will help women Riise in the workplace? Let’s think achievable and realistic. So why not share just one practical thing please 🙂 You can comment below.

There once was a group called Accor

it had simple values at its core

“You’re different? To what?!

I don’t give a jot”

Come join me, you’ll see

what we can do, you and me”

Why? Because it’s just fair

and yes, we really do care

Soon others will too

like owners, who’ll go ‘woohoo’

With profits on the up

no, it won’t be a flop

‘Cos women do count, & boost the bottom line

when there are more of them in decision making positions – oh how divine

No, it’s not a blip

it’s consistent with women in leadership

Mark my words, there’ll come a day,

when the chorus, it will say:

We’re all on the Riise

all of us girls and us guys.
